Blueline: Turning a holiday gift into an interactive experience
When Blueline asked CAG to add more excitement around their holiday employee gifts, we turned it into a four-week interactive experience. Instead of simply handing out gifts, we crafted a mystery that kept employees engaged, eager to solve clues, and excited to participate. Through weekly desk drops, riddles, and prizes, we transformed a simple gift into a company-wide event that employees looked forward to week after week.
The First Mystery
We created custom boxes to place on each employee’s desk with a sand timer and the following poem.
In the following three weeks, employees received a new clue, leading them closer to the big reveal. CAG created a custom email address where participants could submit their guesses, adding an extra layer of engagement. The first three to correctly guess “snow globe” won an additional prize, fueling even more excitement.

Because snow is frozen water, of there aren’t enough water droplets in the air, it cannot snow.
Gift Reveal & Employee Engagement
After four weeks of anticipation, the final gift was unveiled—a custom snow globe. Employees were fully engaged, eagerly checking their desks every Monday for the next clue. By turning a simple holiday gift into an interactive experience, CAG transformed a standard giveaway into a moment employees looked forward to and remembered.
