We can add as much reflective trim as you need, whether it’s large strips around the middle or reflective edges on trims.
Feedback from customers highlights that standard vests often lose items from pockets. We’ve addressed this with custom options such as Velcro flaps or zippers, and we can size pockets for specific tools like price guns, iPads, or walkie-talkies.

Lowe’s: Strengthening a signature look with smarter design
Built on CAG’s patented vest, the Lowe’s employee vest is more than just a uniform—it’s a key part of their brand identity. However, constant wear and tear on the name badge holder was leading to costly replacements. To solve this, CAG introduced the FOB Pocket®, an interior-accessible badge holder that prevents tearing while also providing a secure space for keycards and P-cards. Since its implementation in 2006, there has not been a single recorded instance of badge holder failure.
Beyond the FOB Pocket®, we’ve continued refining the Lowe’s vest with stronger fabrics, bar-tack reinforcements, improved printing methods, and updated zipper and pocket configurations—all while using CAG’s patented vest as the foundation. These enhancements have extended the lifespan of each vest, reducing usage from 3.1 to 2.1 vests per employee per year and saving Lowe’s approximately 265,000 vests annually. Through continuous innovation, CAG ensures that Lowe’s vests maintain their durability, functionality, and signature look while improving cost efficiency.
